(Bob) Ord - AMP - President and CEO bob.ord@myNext.com Bob is one of the most successful executives in the mortgage industry. Bob was President of a national mortgage brokerage firm where he amalgamated 5 regional Ontario firms, and is recognized as having efficiently built a truly national operation that successfully delivered results. He was also one of the architects of FirstLine Mortgages, the largest broker originator in Canada. After delivering exceptional results in both mortgage brokering and lending, Bob was inducted into the Mortgage Hall of Fame by the Canadian Institute of Mortgage Brokers and Lenders (CIMBL) in 2004. Boris Kogut - MBA, CFA - VP Capital Markets & Treasurer boris.kogut@myNext.com Over a nine year period, Boris held treasury, securitization and product analytics roles at the executive level for two major Canadian banks. During the early 1990's, Boris was a managing partner of an investment counseling firm that advised small/ mid size financial institutions on asset/liability, risk management and securitization. Jane Skoblo - BBA, CA, CA-IT - VP Finance & CFO jane.skoblo@myNext.com Jane has extensive financial, operations, and information technology experience in the financial services industry. She has held senior executive positions with two major Canadian banks. Jane was VP Finance for the retail markets division of CIBC and Director Finance, Private Client Group for the Bank of Montreal. Lorraine Sato - AMP - VP Underwriting lorraine.sato@myNext.com Lorraine has over 30 years of mortgage lending experience and has a proven track record after successfully launching the underwriting for a national Alt A lender from inception to over $2 billion in fundings, developing all lending products, guidelines, policies and procedures. She was also the Director of subprime and mortgage servicing operations for the largest broker originator in Canada. Kelly Neuber - MBA - VP Marketing kelly.neuber@myNext.com Kelly has considerable experience helping mortgage consultants build their businesses and meet their clients' needs. She was previously VP Marketing for a national mortgage brokerage firm where she launched marketing and other business services for over 1,000 mortgage consultants. She also launched client communication programs for a national Alt A lender. Kelly has also worked for a major Canadian bank and in the investment advisory and mutual fund industries during her eighteen years in the financial services industry. Tommy Kan - M.A.Sc. - Chief Information Officer tommy.kan@myNext.com Tommy has over twenty years experience in Information Technology Development and Operations. Tommy was previously with CIBC where he was responsible for streamlining global operations using the latest workflow technology. He also worked with a consulting firm for almost fifteen years providing software solutions to several major Canadian and international banks, including five years as the Chief Technology Officer. Tommy was also with Digital Equipment as senior consultant of software services. Suzanna Stefanec - AMP - Regional VP Ontario, Business Development suzanna.stefanec@myNext.com Suzanna Stefanec has been in the mortgage industry for over 15 years, most recently with a national lender as Regional Business Manager where she consistently exceeded planned volumes for her region. She has had great success helping mortgage brokers increase volumes through sales and marketing programs, business plans, and training sessions. Suzanna’s financial services experience also includes CIBC Mortgages, London Life, Peoples Trust, along with experience as an underwriter and a licensed mortgage broker in British Columbia. Suzanna has also worked in the Human Resources industry, giving her a wide range of skills to support the myNext marketing and sales efforts of the brokers in her region.
